 It is a whole lot easier for you to enter your info then me
(especially figuring out E-mail addresses). 
Then once I have your signed form on file, your membership is activated ASAP.
A non-refundable membership fee of $10.00 is required that I  will pay with a personal, or business check, 
because credit cards will  not be accepted.  Money orders will be subject to  having your name and address 
included on them. I understand by paying this fee,  I will be entitled to "registered status" membership on 
Capt. John's Private Message board for period of no less then  one year.

 Rules and Regulations

(1. )  I am opposed to any and all commercial fishing on the Great Lakes.
(2.)  I have never registered under false aliases and caused past problems. Any re-registering in the past was caused by username or password issues.
(3.) I will fill out the registration form with any info that might be helpful to other members, such as: what town, city, or area I live. 
(4.)  I understand the $10.00 membership fee  is donated back to our members for help with tournament entry fees.
(5.)  I have provided my correct name, as it's listed on my drivers license.
(6.)  I have not registered under a false name.
(7.)  I will not post any images, pictures or photos of a pornographic nature.
(8.)  I will post at least one message on the welcome "New Members Board."
(9.)  I will not use profanity when posting on the board. 		(10.)  I am not a member, work for, or associated with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.  Special exceptions can be applied for.
(11.)  I am not a commercial fishermen, nor do I associate with other commercial fishermen, or am I member of enterprises associated with commercial fishing.
(12.)  I understand the there might be a future $10 yearly maintenance fee.
(13.)  I will not share my username-password with anyone.
(14.) I under the all information gathered is private and subject to non-disclosure issues when speaking with those outside the membership of Capt. John's Message Board. Information marked sensitive will not be made public.
(15.) I have never been banned from a message board maintained, or a message board associated with Capt. John King.
(16.) Violation of ant these rules means a terminated membership with no refund.
(17.)  I will not argue with, or insult fellow board members
